Why Is It Helpful?
Everything is energy. Everything we interact with, everything we think and execute is energy. We are living in a world where, as a collective, we are becoming more awakened to this truth, wanting and needing to take care of what we are feeling. It's my goal to help you build a habit of energy hygiene and embed into your lifestyle, teaching you how to cleanse, heal and work with your unique energy to live your life of joy and fulfillment.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a technique of divine universal healing energy transferred through the hands, a non invasive method that will encourage your body to heal itself. An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relief and I use my ability to tune into your energy so deeply to help you heal on an emotional, energetic and physical level.
I like to explain Reiki as "a massage for your energy" as it will help balance your chakras, cleanse your energy and heal emotional wounds that have stored as energy in the physical body.
You will feel lighter and breathe easier as a result while experiencing life more joyfully.
Reiki is gifted through practitioners in all different ways. While each of us will use this divine healing energy to help your body initiate it's own healing, reiki gifts me the expansion of deeply connecting to your energy and soul. I am able to see wounds that can be healed, energy that is "stuck" and how your chakras are working for you in the present. But while I'm within your energetic field, I am able to connect to your soul. Sometimes this can show up as connecting with your higher self, your child self, a past version of yourself and your spirit team.
It's sacred for me and can be deeply healing for you.

I use reiki sessions to help guide you to the healing that can help set you free.
I don't take it for granted to be invited into your energy and together, protected by your angels and the Divine energy, we navigate healing internally so you can relieve the weight of it and live with less pain externally.

A restorative session is more focused on the flow of your energy, setting or grounding it and clearing away a more present toxic energy you may have experienced.

An intuitive energy healing reiki session is more channelled. This is for those of you who deeply desire to heal from past trauma and pain, let go of something weighing on you or disconnect from people, places and experiences that instantly bring up anxiety or trigger you.

During in person sessions you will have the option to include the use of crystals and add a card pull and interpretation at the end of your session.

Learning how your energy flows for you can help you better navigate work, relationships, parenting and other people in general. Whether you come for multiple sessions for deeper healing, consistent sessions to upkeep your energy and clear yourself of negative energies or you do one session to learn about how your energy works for you, uniquely, I believe deep to my soul it can change your life for the better.

Restorative Reiki $75
60 minutes
A quiet session to focus on cleansing, healing and restoring your body's energy field and balancing your chakras. It can be used to clear any present or recent toxic experiences and energies.
I will explain helpful feedback about your energy at the end of session. This is for those that want a relaxing healing session.
Intuitive Energy Healing
Reiki $75
60 minutes
This is a deeper healing session where I tune into your energy on a deeper, soulful level. Intuitively I will connect with your energy and throughout this session I will share what is coming up, allowing us the space and opportunity to move through and heal. It's never forced. I don't tell you what it is, but instead prompt the healing. This may include an emotional release. This is for anyone holding onto a painful experience, past trauma, grief, heartache, recent or in the past. This can also be beneficial for anyone facing challenge in making a decision about something or feeling lost.
Distance Virtual Reiki $60
45 minutes
An intuitive reiki session provided virtually through video chat. For those that cannot attend the in person experience, you can receive the healing in the comfort of your own space. For this, you will want to set yourself up in a comfortable position laying down or sitting. Provide yourself a space that is relaxing and comfortable for the time period.
Kids Reiki $45
30 minutes
An intuitive reiki healing for your child at any age. I will provide reiki healing and energy reading within a 30 minute session, however your child is willing to receive. They will have the option to lay down, play with toys or a mix of both.
This is a great option for any child who has been through something traumatic, has sleep issues, experiences aches and pains OR for you as the parent to better understand how their unique energy is working for them. When we understand how our child is working, we can be more compassionate and patient.

Note: there is no expectation for your child to lay down for 30 minutes. A child does not require the same time frame as adults. I will create a positive experience and adapt their healing and reading to what works for them and you.
