1:1 90 minute Life coaching

This life coaching container is for the person who desires to turn their life around; heal old wounds, learn to manifest intentionally, and shift the energy that just feels "off" and impossible to get past.
You have goals, desires and a vision for your life and you want more than anything to turn your goals and dreams into reality.
The tools we'll use depend on the number of sessions we have together.
One session is a fit for you if you're looking for a power-hour to stretch you from your current comfort level and expand your success and mentality.
When we have 3+ sessions we'll use different tools and healing techniques to work through limiting beliefs, past traumas, stored energy that's no longer serving you, intentional manifestation, and more.
When you're working with 3 or more sessions, you will have text support in between our live sessions to help integrate what we're working on with guidance.
Group Coaching (4 Sessions)

Each group coaching container is designed with a specific topic focus for growth which allows us to dive deep into this area and healing.
Group containers are kept small so you still have the opportunity for 1:1 support in our sessions but we also use the collective energy and learning to get different perspectives, connection and community.
Group coaching grants you access to multiple sessions at a lower investment and more structure provided in the process. When the topic of focus is aligned, this group coaching container can really expand your level of success and manifestations.
Each group container consists of:
4 Weekly 60-90 Minute Sessions
+ Group Chat for support throughout the container to integrate what we work on
These containers are built short so you can take what is learned and implement immediately.
Reiki healing session types:
restorative reiki
$85
A quiet session to focus on cleansing, healing and restoring your body's energy field and balancing your chakras. It can be used to clear any present or recent toxic experiences and energies.
I will explain helpful feedback about your energy at the end of session. This is for those that want a relaxing healing session.
intuitive reiki
$95
This is a deeper healing session where I tune into your energy on a soulful level. Intuitively I will connect with your energy and I'll share what comes up allowing us the space and opportunity to move through and heal. This may include an emotional release.
This is for anyone holding onto a painful experience, past trauma, grief, heartache, recent or in the past.
This can also be beneficial for anyone facing challenge in making a decision about something or feeling lost.
distance reiki
$85
An intuitive reiki session provided virtually through video chat.
For those that cannot attend the in person experience, you can receive the healing in the comfort of your own space. For this, you will want to set yourself up in a comfortable position laying down or sitting. Provide yourself a space that is relaxing and comfortable for the time period.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a technique of divine universal healing energy transferred through the hands, a non invasive method that will encourage your body to heal itself. An ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relief.
I like to explain Reiki as "a massage for your energy" as it will help heal your chakras, cleanse your energy and heal emotional wounds that have stored as energy in the physical body.
It's common to feel lighter and breathe easier as a result.
Reiki is gifted through practitioners in all different ways. While each of us will use this divine healing energy to help your body initiate it's own healing, reiki gifts me the expansion of deeply connecting to your energy and soul. I am able to see wounds that can be healed, energy that is "stuck" and how your chakras are working for you in the present. But while I'm within your energetic field, I am able to connect to your soul. Sometimes this can show up as connecting with your higher self, your child self, a past version of yourself and your spirit team.
It's sacred for me and can be deeply healing for you.
I use reiki sessions to help guide you to the healing that can help set you free.
I don't take it for granted to be invited into your energy and together, protected by your angels and the Divine energy, we navigate healing internally so you can relieve the weight of it and live with less pain externally.
Learning how your energy flows for you can help you better navigate work, relationships, parenting and other people in general.
